Method 2526

Nitroethane by GC/FID

This method is used for the determination of nitroethane. The sample is collected on XAD-2 sorbent tubes, desorbed with ethyl acetate, and analyzed by GC/FID. The working range is 80 to 320 ppm (250 to 1000 mg/m³) for a 2 L air sample. NOTE: This method revises Method S219.
