Organophosphate and Organonitrogen Pesticides from Food by CDFA Method

Organophosphate and organonitrogen pesticides are extracted from the food into acetonitrile.  The extract is solvent exchanged, processed through clean-up and analyzed nitrogen/phosphorus (GC/NPD) or flame photometric detectors (GC/FPD).  All positive detects are confirmed on a second column or detector.
