Method 5027

Ribavirin by HPLC/ UV

This method is for the determination of ribavirin. The sample is collected on glass fiber filters, desorbed in 3mL sulfuric acid (pH 2.5) with 30 minute agitation, followed by HPLC analysis with ultraviolet detection. The working range is 0.04 to 40 mg/m³ for a 50-L air sample.
