Method 7602

Silica, Crystalline by IR

Method 7602 is used for the determination of quartz. Samples are collected using a cyclone and filter and analyzed using infrared absorption spectrophotometry. NOTE: This is P&CAM 110. It is similar to Method 7603, except for sample preparation (KBr pellet vs. redeposition).
